After the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice fallout, talks of how Suicide Squad fits in the DC Cinematic Universe began. There was plenty of conversation about it being too dark and rumors of Suicide Squad re-shoots to “add more humor”. Finally, we get our best look the film in the third trailer.

The trailer debuted at the 2016 MTV Movie Awards. In this trailer we get more shots of the Joker (Jared Leto) and some of his goons, a taste of El Diablo (Jay Hernandez) in action, and what looks like Batman taking an unconscious Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) to the batmobile.

There aren’t a lot shots featuring Adam Beach as Slipknot so I’m guessing he tries to escape becomes an “example” for the rest of the squad.
