BBC America and NCM Fathom Events are teaming up for Doctor Who’s 50th Anniversary special, Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor in 3D November 23rd. As an unapologetic Whoovian, this is Christmas in November for me.

This is rumored to be Matt Smith’s last run as The Doctor after the announcement of Peter Capaldi as the series 12th Doctor.

The movie also brings the return of the 10th Doctor (David Tennant)  and his companion Rose (Billie Piper). I’m looking forward to seeing the iconic blue police box flying around in 3D.  Check out the new trailer below a list of the U.S cities/theaters participating.
