The Amazing Spider Man 2 trailer had it’s worldwide release today. With the opening date more 5 months away, the good people over at Sony gave us fanboys something to look forward to.

Director Marc Webb made sure Spidey wasn’t short on villains this time. It looks like we have Electro, The Rhino, and The Goblin. If you look a little closer at the 1:15 mark there’s a hint at the Sinister Six. I really hope Sony takes Spidey in that direction. It would make for an interesting third installment.

The Amazing Spiderman 2 stars Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Jamie Foxx, Paul Giamitti, Sally Field, Dane DeHaan (Chronicle), and Felicity Jones (Like Crazy).
