CW’s The Flash is off to an amazing start. In the show’s first season we’ve gotten Reverse Flash, Gorilla Grodd, the Speed Force, and Time Travel. It’s a lot to pack into 17 episodes but it works. My Tuesday nights haven’t been the same since the show premiered.

Grant Gustin has been everything I wanted and more in a Barry Allen/The Flash. Candice Patton is everything I never knew I wanted in an Iris West (she’s stunning). And Jesse L Martin is my favorite TV dad – it’s not even close. Check out MTR’s weekly reviews of The Flash if you want a more in-depth look at how the show’s been progressing.

Warner Bros showed off a trailer at WonderCon 2015 for the show’s final 7 episodes for Season 1 and they look spectacular. The showdown between Barry and Dr. Wells/Eobard Thawne/The Reverse Flash is shaping up to be every fanboy’s dream. Can we let CW produce all our comic book tv shows? I’d be ok with that.
